From gate entry to printed slip in under 30 seconds
Laxmi Filmcity was running its gate on handwritten slips and mental math. Couples came in for shoots, staff worked out hourly charges by hand, and the owners couldn't see what came in each day until the evening tally. We built one Ionic React app that runs three ways from the same code. Gate staff use it as a tablet app, admins use it as a web back-office, and it also works as a phone app. Operators enter the couple's name, the number of people and the deposit. The system picks up the department's current hourly rate, works out the total, gives the slip a number and prints it on a thermal receipt printer. Admins manage rates, staff accounts and slip history, and they can compare today's earnings with yesterday's for each department.
One app that tracks every bottle, from raw material to customer
A perfume brand was running its warehouse, three retail shops and a team of field salesmen on registers and spreadsheets. They couldn't see where their stock really was. We designed and built a custom ERP that runs the whole business from one mobile-first app. Every step is connected. Recipes and raw-material purchases feed production, which deducts materials automatically on a FIFO basis and works out the true cost of each bottle. Stock moves to shops through a send-and-confirm flow, and any missing bottles are flagged right away. Shop sales are linked to a single customer history shared across all branches, and salesmen settle stock and cash at the end of each day. Every stock movement is written to a log that can't be edited. Stock can never go negative, and a check runs every night to confirm the numbers match the log. The app works on Android and in the browser, in English, Hindi and Gujarati, with separate access for Admin, Manager and Salesman.
